Working TMB was a very positive experience. Our projects are complex, not easy to build and reliant on accuracy and detailing with very tight tolerances. Everyone we worked with at TMB were knowledgeable, committed to getting everything constructed per our drawings and pleasant to work with. Myself and our office had very positive experiences working with TMB on several projects. Modern buildings with no trim are difficult to construct and TMB excels at those type of projects. I would highly recommend TMB.
We are currently on our second project together, and it is clear that TMB excels at finding great talent. Their staff is level-headed and exceptionally easy to work with. Their deep experience brings a high level of confidence to the job for both the architect and the client. I truly wish there were more builders like TMB in the industry.
I worked with the TMB team on a large, multi-acre property in McLean, Virginia, where a complex modern home and equally ambitious landscape required navigating resource-protection restrictions, tree removals, permitting, extensive grading, intricate walls and steel detailing, and features including a recirculating stream and bridge. Throughout construction, their team were responsive, collaborative, and quick on their feet--trusted allies in bringing a beautiful modern garden to life.
Working with TMB has been a great experience, as we have had four past successful projects, and one ongoing project. I’ve been impressed with TMB’s prompt communication and willingness to work together to solve structural challenges that arise during construction. I look forward to future project opportunities.
We couldn't recommend TMB more highly. We are almost done with a beautiful custom home in Georgetown. It has been a complex, with extensive regulatory and infrastructure issues to manage—and they've been great every step of the way. In fact, we have been so pleased, we extended their work into our primary home and to the garden that connects the properties. Their commitment to excellence and customer service has been just terrific.
TMB is extremely talented at what they do. They are great communicators and always play it very honest and upfront versus spin. They are also willing to point out cost savings that are not impactful to design/aesthetics that are unnecessary or being pushed by other vendors. They’re exactly who you want running your project.
