Forest Hills
An 80’s spec home in Forest Hills received new life with the help of an exceptionally talented architecture and interior design team. This renovation redesigned the façade, including adding triple dormers to the roofline and reconfiguring the window and door layout to capture more natural light. The interior was completely gutted and 300 sq. ft. were added to the house with a new laundry room and expanded home gym. Most importantly, the renovation of the rear of the house offered elevated views of the pool and back garden for a connection to the outdoors and event space. A completely remodeled interior took this house from ordinary to extraordinary. Design by Thomson and Cooke Architects & Martha Vicas Interiors.
